These Terms apply to all relationships between you and Unio Corporation regarding the use of SWING AI and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and may not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.
If you are a minor, you must use the service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Service Description
The service may include golf swing analysis, related learning content, coach feedback features, and other functions made available by us. Some features may be offered on a limited, beta, or trial basis and may change without notice.
4. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
Certain features of the service may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription provided on a one-month basis.
The subscription period, price, availability of any free trial, and other conditions are governed by the information displayed in the app or on the relevant platform checkout screen at the time of purchase. If product information cannot be retrieved successfully, we may decline to accept the subscription purchase.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and other payment conditions are subject to the rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform used by you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate applicable laws or public policy
- Infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or goodwill of us or any third party
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or technical analysis of the service
- Register false information, impersonate another person, or misuse an account
- Upload videos, images, personal data, or other materials without the necessary rights or permissions
6. Uploaded Content
You represent that you have the lawful rights or permissions needed for any videos, images, text, or other content you upload or submit through the service.
We may process such content to provide the service, generate analysis results, display outputs, respond to support requests, investigate issues, and maintain the service, all in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, designs, text, images, videos, logos, and analysis logic, belong to Unio Corporation or the relevant rights holders. Your use of the service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Analysis results, scores, coaching information, comments, and other content are provided for informational and training-support purposes only. We do not guarantee skill improvement, competitive outcomes, physical results, or any specific performance objective.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the service. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service with prior notice or by posting notice in the service or on our website.
We may amend these Terms if reasonably necessary due to legal changes, service updates, security concerns, or operational reasons. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website or displayed within the app.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
