Delete Your SWING AI Account and Data

1. Delete Your Account in the App

1. Sign in to SWING AI with the account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu on the home screen and select "Delete account."
3. Review the deletion details and select "Next."
4. Select the confirmation checkbox, then select "Delete."

You will be signed out when deletion is complete. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot sign in to the app, email unio.inc@gmail.com from the email address registered with SWING AI. Use the subject "SWING AI Account Deletion Request."

We may request additional information to verify your identity. After verification, we generally complete deletion within 30 days and notify your registered email address.

3. Data We Delete

Account deletion generally removes the following account-related data:

• Your sign-in account, name, email address, and golf profile
• Swing videos, thumbnails, pose data, analysis results, scores, and history
• AI Coach messages, conversation memory, and feedback
• Support or submitted content and usage events associated with your account

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain billing or audit records only to the extent and for the period needed for legal compliance, accounting or tax requirements, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. We delete or anonymize those records when the applicable retention period ends.

5. Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting your SWING AI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel the subscription separately in the subscription management screen of the store where you purchased it.
